Selection of sandwiches, baguettes and rolls with a variety of fish, meat and vegetarian fillings.  Variety of 4 different mini savouries, ie Sausage rolls, Mini Pizza's, Satay Sticks, Quiche etc.  Whole fruit platter.  Choice of mini cakes, muffins or luxury cookies.

 City Boat Bonanza Buffet

Decorated platter of York ham, turkey and beef.  Choice of salmon and dill or king prawn platter (please specify).  Mixed green salad with herb croutons.  Potato salad and vegetable savoury rice salad.  Red onion, tomato, feta cheese with cucumber, coriander and Balsamic vinegar.  Tropical fruit skewers.  Buttered French bread, pickles and sauces.

MENU 2 - CANAPÉ AND VEGETARIAN OPTIONS

Canapé Function

A selection of tomato breads with pea and courgette, curry marinated shrimp, marinated tomato, Bilinis with poppy seeds, lemon cream, smoked salmon and spices, tomato comfit, goats cheese and broccoli, coconut with coconut and spinach cream, guacamole and marinated shrimp, Bilinis with poppy seeds, tomato comfit, feta and basil, Nordic bread with crab, rillettes and lemon comfit, spicy bread with spinach, horseradish and vanilla marinated shrimp.
